We provide a seamless and comprehensive service to our clients. We work directly with your tenants to arrange a mutually convenient date to perform your lead testing, deliver your results with a quick turn around, and provide you with instructions to file your results with the Public Health Department so you are in compliance with the lead law.
Our Certified Lead Technicians will conduct the lead safe/lead free test with the utmost professionalism and deliver fast results in a simplified manner. We are EPA certified and will guide you to be compliant with the new Lead Paint Disclosure and Certification Law.

Lead Testing Services, LLC is licensed by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as well as Licensed Dust Wipe Technicians. In addition we carry a General Liability Policy of $1,000,000, General Aggregate Policy of $2,000,000 and Professional Policy of $1,000,000.
We will list your company on our insurance policy with a Certificate of Insurance (COI) as needed as well as providing any tax certifications (w-9), EIN, etc., as necessary.
