Finally! Good News for Landlords –Real Estate Tax Payment Extended

The City of Philadelphia is extending tax deadlines for property owners and businesses as the coronavirus continues to spread.  The real estate tax deadline, for both residential and commercial property owners, has been extended from March 31 to April 30.
