We have received your lead testing request. We will contact the tenant shortly (or whoever you listed as the person to contact) by TEXT to arrange for the lead test to be completed by our technician based upon a mutually available date and time. Please note that it may take more than a few days to schedule your test to be completed, but we are prioritizing your request.
Important: If the tenant (or who you listed as the "tenant") does not respond to our TEXT scheduling request, the test will be delayed. Please ensure you notify the tenant that the lead test is to be completed at the property per the email/text info suggested below.
Once the test samples are taken at the property, it takes 7 business days from the receipt of the sample at the EPA laboratory to provide the results. We will email you an invoice when the results are ready.
We ask that upon completion of this form, you immediately notify your tenant(s) (or whoever you listed as the person to contact) that a representative from Lead Testing Services LLC will be contacting them via TEXT to perform the lead test. A response is required by TEXT to arrange the test.
If we are arranging with your tenant, please let the tenant know the following (which we recommend you cut/paste into an email or text):

The test takes 5 minutes to perform and is required by the City of Philadelphia.
There is no advanced preparation required on your part.
Lead Testing Services will need access to each bedroom and one living area to wipe 1 window sill and 1 floor below the window sill.
Lead Testing Services will be wearing the appropriate PPE (mask, gloves) and will remove their shoes upon entry.
If a client/tenant fails to attend a scheduled appointment without providing at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, a no-show fee of $75 will be charged to the customer. By scheduling an appointment, the client/tenant agrees to this policy and authorizes the business to process this fee. Additionally, if the client provides a lockbox/door code, and access is not possible, a "non-access fee" of $75 will be charged to the customer.
